Whitebourne is a modern, purpose-designed care home set in a quiet residential area of Frimley in Surrey. We provide residential, respite and end of life care for older people, including individuals with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.

There’s a very positive, friendly and fun atmosphere at Whitebourne. We have a strong focus on activities and we cater for each individual’s personal interests with lots of one-to-one activities. We also encourage residents to get out and about by taking walks every day.
Residents get involved in the home's daily life, including the decisions we make about what the home and gardens look like. When we redecorated, residents worked with an interior designer and a professional decorator to choose the colours they wanted. And when we did the garden, residents chose the plants they liked.
Our day club has its own facilities and activities programme, but day guests are also welcome to take part in activities at the home – and residents can spend time at the day club and join in with things there too.
Our day club is in the same building but has its own facilities, including a small garden. Residents’ rooms are large and comfortable, with en-suite facilities, stylish furniture, a 24-hour nurse call system and telephone and television connections. Most rooms offer pleasant views of our gardens.
The home is arranged over two floors and we have five lounges, six quiet rooms, three dining rooms and a hairdressing salon. Our secure gardens feature raised flower beds, a lawn, comfortable seating and a patio area. The home and gardens are fully accessible for wheelchair users.
Our day club is located within the care home, in a large, open-plan room arranged into lounge and dining areas. The day club opens onto its own small but very attractive secure garden.
The day club is open from Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, and members can come along for as little or as much time as they'd like. Members can be referred to our day club by social services or they can book a place with us directly. Transport to and from the day club can be arranged through Surrey County Council’s ‘Dial-a-Ride’ service.
