How to Buy Comfort Shoes From Cosyfeet

A step by step guide to buying from the Cosyfeet website.

1. Find the product you want to buy

There are two ways to find a product. You can search by name or product code or you can find it by browsing the site.

To find a product using the Search: Type the product code or name into the search box located at the top right-hand side of the page and click on the Go button.

To find a product via browsing: You can also click on the grey navigation bar which runs across the page. Once you find a product you want to buy, click on the image or product name. This will take you to the product page.

2. Add the product to your basket

Once you are on the product page you’ll need to select a colour (if more than one is available) and a size (if it comes in more than one) and then click the Add to Basket button. Once the product is in your basket you can either continue shopping or click on Proceed to Checkout.

3. Checkout

Once you are in the Checkout simply complete the form. If the product you’re buying qualifies for VAT relief and you have a medical condition that allows you to claim, you can do so at this stage.

4. Payment Authentication

If you opt to pay via Debit/Credit Card you’ll be transferred to a Payment Authentication screen provided by your card issuer for security purposes. If you haven’t ordered online with your card before you’ll be prompted to set up a password. Once you’ve entered it you'll be transferred to our Order Success page and confirmation of your order will be sent immediately by email.
