Positive People support Jobs fair and care company in their quest for staff

Heathcotes Service Managers from the Leeds area attended a recruitment event hosted at Morley Jobcentre today. The free event set up by local Councillor and MP Andrea Jenkyns in conjunction with Morley Jobcentre, Department of Work and Pensions and Positive People Recruitment, was designed to give jobseekers the opportunity to meet with local and national employers who are currently recruiting in the area.

As Heathcotes looks forward to the opening of both their new Specialist Learning Disability and Specialist Residential Personality Disorder Treatment Services in Morley in the next couple of months, this was a great opportunity for them to meet with both the local community and to introduce Heathcotes as an employer with the local workforce. Andrea and Positive People Recruitment were also on hand to offer jobseekers CV advice and mock interviews, to help people to prepare towards potential interviews. There was also advice on life skills, debt management and benefits when returning to work.
